Purchase a FUEL TV+ Gift Membership
You can purchase a FUEL TV+ Gift Membership in email or paper form. You can have FUEL TV+ email the membership certificate directly to your recipient, or you can print out the membership certificate on your own printer for personal delivery. You will need a credit card or PayPal account to make the purchase.
To purchase a FUEL TV+ Gift Membership:
- Go to plus.fuel.tv/content/gift/membership
- Select the preferred delivery method by clicking the button in the appropriate section: Email Gift Certificates or Printable Gift Certificates
- If you haven't already signed in to your account, you will be asked to sign in. If you don't have an account you can create one for free, by clicking the Create Free Account button.
- Provide a payment method for your purchase.
- Enter details such as the recipient's name, your name, and a personal message and click Continue button. Depending on which delivery method you have chosen, you may also need to enter your recipient's email address.
- In the resulting screen, verify all the information is correct. If everything looks good, click the Complete Purchase button to make the purchase.
If you purchased a email gift certificate and your recipient did not receive our email, contact customer support and we can resend or change to a PDF version you can send yourself.
Purchase a specific Video, Episode or Complete Season as a Gift
If you want to put more thought into giving than sending a simple Gift Certificate, give a product specific gift instead. This allows you to personally pick a movie, episode or complete season that you think will be appreciated by the lucky recipient. You can have FUEL TV+ email the certificate to your recipient, or you can print out the certificate on your own printer for personal delivery. You will need a credit card or PayPal account to make the purchase.
To send a product specific Gift:
- Find a movie, episode or complete season that you want to give as the gift.
- Click the corresponding Gift button on the detail page. Note all videos and movies are available for gifting.
- On the resulting screen, select the delivery method, either email or print and then click continue.
- If you haven't already signed in to your account, you will be asked to sign in. If you don't have an account you can create one for free, by clicking the Create Free Account button.
- Enter details such as the recipient's name, your name, and a personal message and click Continue button. Depending on which delivery method you have chosen, you may also need to enter your recipient's email address.
- In the resulting screen, verify all the information is correct. If everything looks good, click the Complete Purchase button to make the purchase.
If you purchased a email gift certificate and your recipient did not receive our email, contact customer support and we can resend or change to a PDF version you can send directly.
Redeem a Gift Certificate
- Go to plus.fuel.tv/redeem
- Enter your redemption code printed on the front of the gift certificate or found in the email.
- Click Redeem button.
- If you haven't already signed in to your account, you will be asked to sign in. If you don't have an account you can create one for free, by clicking the Create Free Account button.
Redemption notes:
- If the certificate was a Gift Membership, upon redemption the membership will begin immediately. You will have access to watch videos until the end of the membership period. If you have an existing membership, the gift membership will be added to the end of the current membership period extending it one year. At the end of the gift membership period you will have to sign up again if you wish to continue your membership.
- If the certificate was video or movie specific, the item purchased as a gift will be automatically added to your Library and immediately available for streaming and downloading.
Gift Redemption Issues
Here are some common issues with redeeming gift certificates, and how to resolve them.
You've already applied the gift certificate to your Account
If you see an error message that the gift has already been redeemed, it's likely that the redemption code has already been applied to your account, or to another account. After you enter the redemption code on our site, we'll keep the balance in your account for use on future purchases so that you don't need to enter the redemption code again.
To check whether the funds are already in your account, check your available balance in your My Account under Credit Balance.
Your gift certificate was redeemed to the wrong Account
When you enter a gift certificate redemption code, we'll add it to the account you used to log in. When redeeming a gift certificate, ensure that you're logged into the correct account.
You can't transfer FUEL TV+ gift certificates to another account once redeemed.
The redemption code is unreadable
If the redemption code is unreadable, contact us. You will need to provide us with the following information.
- As much of the redemption code that is readable
- Order number (if known)
- Purchaser's name, recipient's name and recipient's email address (if available)
